Cleaning principle
Spray
In a dry ice cleaner, air at high pressure (low pressure) CO2 particle sprayed at high speed collide with the surface of the object to be cleaned.
Therma shock
The particle freezes the foreign substances of the object to be washed rapidly at ultra-low (78.5℃), and the foreign substances shrink due to the difference in ambient temperature, causing numerous cracks.
Expansion
The CO2 particle penetrates between the foreign materials through the cracks and simultaneously sublimates, and expands in volume by more than 800 times to lift only the foreign materials upward.
Wash separatel
Foreign substances frozen at ultra-low temperatures are easily separated from the surface by the wind pressure of the cleaner.
